Shrinkable door and window block-out
Innovative solution for the efficient production of recesses in large numbers, especially suitable for standard window / door sizes. The block-out is made as a steel frame in the desired dimensions and which consists of two halves. For demoulding first the corners are removed. Then the two halves can be slided into each other and removed easily for a fracture-free demoulding. Setting and demoulding processes are significantly accelerated. The block-out solution is suitable for both vertical (battery mould, room module mould) and horizontal production.

MSR system windows
The MSR window system can be used in robotic plants. It consist of MSR siderails available in custom length up to 20'. These are placed by hand or by robot and supplemented by plywood spacers that are attached to the siderail with small, easy-to-install adapter plates. The plywood pieces can be reused for gaps of the same size. This means that Styrofoam can be dispensed with and replaced by reusable components.

System siderail for windows/doors on MSR basis
The sides of the recess are first positioned and then completed with a corner magnet. For stripping, first the corner is removed and then the sides. The corner magnet can be combined with robot- or crane-capable steel siderail as well as with woodclad siderail. The leg siderail can be set by robot. The corner magnet is set and released manually.

Shuttering for concreting complete windows
Developed for the series production of standardized, common window sizes. The sliding window is placed on the base frame of the shuttering (which is fixed to the casting table using the KPB 2000) and closed with a cover, which is then screwed to the base frame. The sliding windows installed with the glass segments are protected from dirt and damage by the special shuttering throughout the production process.
