Project description
In 2025, the Easy Form Column system was installed for the first time in Japan and deployed for the production of ultra-high-performance concrete (UHPC) columns. The manufactured elements reached cross-sectional heights of up to approximately 53 inches, with compressive strengths exceeding 17,000 psi.
Due to the demanding material properties, tight tolerances and high structural stability were critical. The modular system allowed the formwork to be precisely configured to meet project-specific requirements while maintaining high repeatability and process reliability in production.
The result is a robust and cost-efficient solution for manufacturing high-performance precast structural components.
