Project description
In 2025, a large-format modular flat casting bed measuring approximately 40 × 20 ft was installed for the production of concrete wall elements. The system consists of nine segments (each approximately 13 × 6.5 ft), providing high flexibility while maximising floor space efficiency.
The casting surface is designed for concrete elements with wall thicknesses of up to 18 inches and is supported to achieve a working height of approximately 24 inches. Combined with the Easy Form magnetic formwork system, forms can be positioned and adjusted quickly — a clear advantage when accommodating varying component geometries.
