Project description
In 2025, the customer decided to enter in-house production of precast concrete wall elements using a modular casting table concept. A Modular Table with a total surface area of 8.00 × 4.00 m, consisting of four segments, was installed.
The system is designed for wall thicknesses of up to 450 mm and, thanks to integrated supports, provides an ergonomic working height of 600 mm. In combination with the Easy Form magnetic siderail system, this results in a flexible and rapidly adaptable production solution – ideal for varying geometries and changing project requirements.
