Project description
This project marks the origin of the Modular Table concept: in 2019, the first modular casting table was developed and installed based on specific customer requirements.
The implementation was preceded by several years of collaboration with RATEC Asia – from introducing precast concrete technology, through the creation of element drawings, to defining connection details and a suitable formwork concept. The objective was to create a cost-efficient solution for entering in-house production and reducing dependency on subcontractors.
A casting table measuring 8 × 4 m (four segments) was delivered, equipped with an 8 mm steel plate and designed for a load capacity of up to 375 kg/m² for element thicknesses of up to 150 mm. The modular design enabled simplified transport and easy handling on site – even where crane capacity was limited.
In combination with the MSR Modular Siderail System, Easy Form siderails, and the UAR adapter, a versatile production solution was created. The project set the benchmark for subsequent Modular Table applications worldwide.
