Project description
For a stadium project in Austria, the customer implemented an extended Easy Form configuration to produce large-scale precast concrete columns. Elements up to approximately 60 ft in height and weighing more than 44 tons were manufactured.
By expanding the modular Easy Form system, a flexible yet highly stable formwork solution was created, allowing precise adaptation to large structural components. The combination of SPB Standard Pro magnet boxes and vertically positioned Easy Form base profiles enables accurate alignment and efficient production—even for complex geometries.
Compared to conventional steel forms, the customer benefited from lower upfront investment, greater flexibility, and a more cost-effective solution tailored to project-specific requirements.
