Project description
In 2025, a large-format modular flat casting bed measuring 11.94 × 5.97 m was installed for the production of concrete wall elements. The system consists of nine segments (each 3,980 × 1,990 mm), offering high flexibility combined with efficient use of floor space.
The casting surface is designed for concrete elements with wall thicknesses of up to 450 mm and is equipped with supports to achieve a working height of 600 mm.
In combination with the Easy Form magnetic shuttering system, formwork can be positioned and adjusted quickly – a clear advantage when dealing with varying component geometries.
