Project description
For the production of concrete columns with variable heights, RATEC developed a solution based on the MHS Modular Wood Shuttering system. A base profile with a length of up to 7,980 mm was used, combined with individually adjustable angle adapters.
The formwork height is achieved through an angle adapter to which plywood is fixed using C-profiles, allowing different component heights to be implemented efficiently. A key advantage lies in the separation of base profile and angle adapters: the base profile remains universally usable and can be reused for different applications.
In this specific application, columns with a height of up to 800 mm were produced. The result is a cost-effective and flexible solution that performs particularly well in environments with changing production requirements.
