Mr. Daniel Poh Tiu
Chief Operating Officer, D' New Hard Builders & Dev't Corp (HBDC)
With a career spanning over two decades in the field of building construction, Mr. Daniel Poh L. Tiu, has established himself as a distinguished leader in the industry. HBDC, headquartered in Cebu, Philippines, is a prominent Vertical Construction Company specializing in Precast and Pre Engineered Steel solutions. Mr. Tiu's journey into the world of construction began with a solid foundation, as he holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the University of San Carlos. Throughout his career, he has managed and contributed to a wide array of projects in Metro Cebu. In this edition of the summit, he will share HBDC’s transformation story om Prefabrication & Digitalisation in pursue of Safety, Quality & Speed.
Mr. Bernhard Leitner
Managing Director, Green Code
Mr. Bernhard Leitner, has many years of experience in international business administration and design & organizational software systems. For the past decade he has been in leading positions within the precast concrete industry, being the Innovation Development Manager within the Progress Group since 2017 and the managing director of Green Code since 2018. Green Code is an innovative and sustainable precast concrete building system which consists of insulated facade elements, component-activated and acoustically optimized ceiling elements and he will be sharing case studies from projects around the world.
Mr. Seiji Nakamura
President, Tokyo Advanced Technology Inc

Concrete Chief Engineer, Japan Concrete Institute
Mr. Seiji Nakamura brings with him many years of experience in concrete and admixture technologies internationally. As a specialist in concrete material and admixture, he specialises in concrete mix development using material under your feet and has successfully implemented within and outside Japan. He will share in the event latest in green and lightweight concrete development.
Ms. Sylvia Chai
Head, Technical & Engineering, RATEC Asia Pte. Ltd.
Ms Sylvia Chai heads the Technical and Engineering Department of RATEC Asia. Civil Engineer by training, she has the unique hand-ons experience in all aspects of Precast & Modular Construction – Precast & Modular Structure Design & Detailing, Management, Coordination and Production. Once heading the technical department of one of Singapore biggest modular producer, she will be sharing unique solutions in design, detailing and production in overcoming commonly faced problem hindering productivity and quality.
