Project description

In 2025, the Easy Form Column system was installed for the first time in Japan and used for the production of ultra-high-performance concrete (UHPC) columns. The manufactured elements achieved cross-sectional heights of up to 1,350 mm with compressive strengths exceeding 120 N/mm².

Due to the material properties, requirements for dimensional accuracy and stability were particularly high. The modular design allowed the formwork to be precisely adapted to the specific project requirements. At the same time, the solution ensures high repeat accuracy and process reliability in serial production.

For the customer, this resulted in a reliable and cost-efficient solution for demanding high-performance structural components.
