Project description
RATEC developed a special formwork system for the production of particularly massive wall elements with thicknesses of up to 1,200 mm. In this application, 840 mm thick sandwich walls are produced.
The system features a two-part design, enabling flexible use even for smaller wall thicknesses. Fixation is achieved via SPB2100 magnet boxes, while keyhole technology ensures fast and precise assembly.
Thanks to its crane-liftable design and high stability, the solution is ideal for standardised components with high repetition rates. The customer benefits from reduced setup times, minimal manual effort, and overall improved production efficiency.
