Project description
For the construction of a stadium in Austria, the customer used an extended Easy Form configuration to manufacture large-scale concrete columns. Elements up to 18 metres in height and weighing over 40 tonnes were produced.
By extending the modular Easy Form system, a flexible yet highly stable formwork solution was implemented, allowing precise adaptation to large structural components. The combination of SPB Standard Pro magnet boxes and vertically positioned Easy Form base profiles enables accurate alignment and efficient execution, even for complex geometries.
Compared with a conventional steel form, the customer particularly benefited from lower investment costs, higher adaptability, and economical implementation despite project-specific requirements.
