Press release: bauma 2019 from April 8 to 14 in Munich
RATEC presents groundbreaking innovation in modular construction as well as numerous new developments in magnetic formwork technology.
RATEC, the leading provider of magnetic formwork systems and individual formwork solutions for the precast industry, in its anniversary year once again presents a broad range of new developments at the bauma in Munich.
Under the motto “RATEC goes 3D”, a functional large model of the modular built shrinkable inner core from the next generation of 3D moulds awaits visitors at the stand this time around. This is a new modular mould kit with which both inner core and external formwork can be flexibly adapted to any desired room geometry. “The fact that we are able to present new, mature solutions in modular construction to a specialist audience in the 25th year of our existence is particularly pleasing. We are convinced that we can give entirely new impetus to modular construction,” says Jörg Reymann, Managing Director of RATEC GmbH.
There will also be a number of innovations to see in the area of magnetic formwork technology, including various solutions for elements with protruding reinforcement, a shrinkable window and door solution as well as further smart ideas for the forming of recesses. Included among these are also innovations in formwork systems for automated production as well as a new universal formwork system for beam and column elements, light shafts and all types of flat concrete elements. And, of course, there is an overview of the proven and practically-tested standard solutions from the innovation leader.
Precast planners and concrete workers can find out more about this and about the new, forward-looking modular mould solution from the formwork specialists at the RATEC Stand in Hall B1, Number 348.
