A Mobile Precast Plant is a modular, transportable production setup for precast concrete elements, installed directly at or near your project site.
It enables high-quality production without the need for a fixed factory – ideal for remote areas, large-scale projects, or temporary demands. Producing at the construction site also reduces transportation and logistics costs and efforts, and helps in becoming more independent of suppliers.

Battery Systems
Battery systems are a space-saving vertical production unit for solid precast elements like walls, slabs, facades or fence elements. A Battery Mould is not per se a mobile set-up, as it is also often installed in larger precast concrete production plants. However, the design and installation can be adapted to requirements for relocation for different projects.

Modular Table for Precast Panels
The modular casting table is a solution that enables customers to start producing precast elements on-site making the first step into prefabrication. It consists of several modular segments, each with a size of 2 x 4 meters. They can be assembled according to the required dimensions easily via bolts and nuts, simplified from the conventional way where welding and grinding of surface is required. The modular dimension increased the mobility and transportability of the tables from project to project, and even eases storage space during lull time while waiting for new projects to commence.
