PSV² - Decisive further development of flexible shuttering system
With its variability and employment in precast plants all over the world, the PSV shuttering system has been in use successfully for over 10 years. PSV stands for profitable, systematic and variable, since it enables a variable formwork height from 90 to 500 mm as well as a telescopic length graduation of the order of millimetres. The shuttering system is used on stationary tracks, tilting tables and circulation plants and can be relocated and assembled by hand or using the handling crane. Both wood (Betoplan, alkus, etc.) and steel for high series are used for the formwork shell. The formwork can be prepared independently of the tilting table or the circulating pallet. This helps to keep formwork shell waste as low as possible. One of the advantages of magnetic formwork technology is that it is possible to manufacture individual one-off concrete structural elements.
