Since 2017, RATEC Asia Pte. Ltd. has been operating in Singapore. Founded as a joint venture with a local design and construction company, it helps to further intensify customer contact in the Asian market. The basis for success is a dedicated team of employees with many years of experience in the construction and precast industry in Asia. This guarantees application- and cost-optimized solutions taking into account region-specific requirements and a strong understanding of our local customers' needs.
Personal support and proximity to customers
The international team and a very good reputation as reliable and quality provider of magnetic formwork technology form the basis of our success in Asia. With our growing 3D moulds portfolio we also have answers to the growing demand and popularity of high-rise modular construction, namely PPVC (Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction).
At the same time we also provide solutions for construction companies, taking first steps into an own precast production, with on-site casting solutions, like modular casting tables and flexible shuttering solutions for manual handling and for the often complex element details.
The team is growing
The team already celebrates its 5th anniversary in 2022. From left to right: Cesar C. The consistently positive feedback from customers to the intensive personal support on site is particularly motivating for the team.
Great demand for RATEC Asia Seminar
After a successful first edition of the RATEC Asia Seminar in November 2018, and RATEC Asia hosted their succesful workshop session under the title "Better ideas in precast and modular construction" again in 2019. The RATEC Asia Seminar took place on the occasion of Philconstruct Manila in November and was fully booked both times. The participants were provided with many insights and industry knowledge during various presentations. A new edition of the successful and practical workshop format is of course planned for the next edition of Philconstruct.
