The components of the complete systems
The upcrete® production system offers one-of-a-kind advantages:
Unique. The upcrete® die-cast-flush-rising-concretesystem (pumpable concrete is pumped from the bottom up into the form) sets new standards in efficient, economical precast concrete production.
Perfect. With the double sided form you will achieve a surface quality unknown until now.
Flexible. With one system; elements, smooth on both sides, with a length of 12.000 mm and more and athickness of 60 to 500 mm are feasible.
The top adjustment takes place via an upper magnetic form. This eliminates complex adjustments on the floor form. A patent has been granted for this process, confirming its distinctiveness.
Precise. This system provides exact precision, to a millimeter, in all dimensions through close tolerances on the components.
Organized. Work preparation, concreting station and the final curing process are separated, which optimizes the over-all logistic.
Staff-friendly. The very quiet concreting process and open work place promote the well-being of your employees.
Economical. The usually required 0.65-1.10 hours/m² for horizontal forming of sandwich elements can be reduced to 0.55hrs/m² with the vertical upcrete® form.
