UPP 75 Precast Pump

Upcrete  precise concrete measuring pump with variable handling capacity

Upcrete UPP 75 Precast Pump: With the UPCRETE system, the first concrete measuring pump for precast concrete plants, the Hockenheim-based companies, RATEC and Reymann Technik, have once again proven their innovative leadership in streamlining production processes.
The UPCRETE process (Die-cast-Flush-rising-Concreting-system) pumps self-compacting concrete into the form from the bottom to the top. This allows the development of high quality new products, speed and simplicity in order to produce complex geometries and/or all-smooth elements efficiently.

For the cost-efficient

implementation of complex
smooth and finished
high-quality precast elements

Advantages:

  • Production of more complex geometries in their installation position
  • New production possibilities
  • Integration into existing concrete plants
  • Ready for precast concrete plants
  • Increasing quality of existing products
UPCRETE UPP 75 PRECAST PUMP

System:

  • UPCRETE Precast Pump UPP75 with integrated cleaning unit
  • Precise UPCRETE concrete measuring pump with variable pump capacity and integrated cleaning unit
  • Installed on crane and forklift-compatible steel frame
  • Low maintenance

Technical Data:

  • -precast hose with DN 75 aggregate size : <16mm
  • -pump capacity - UPP 75 and new precast hose
    - approx. 300 [l/min] at 3 bar
    - approx. 250 [l/min] at 5 bar
    - approx. 200 [l/min] at 9 bar
    - approx. 50 [l/min] at 16 bar
  • Power Input:
    -18.5 kW electric
-connector plug CEE 32° directly at the pump
  • compact Duplex remote control with the following functions:
    - on/off
    - speed pre-selection
    - reverse switch
    - feed-back on the remote control’s graphic display
Concrete intake and cleaning unit

System:

  • Transfer hopper and semi-automatic cleaning unit for concrete pump
    UPP 75
  • Controlled via the same console as the UPP 75
  • Integrated buffer fill level sensor for pump control and concrete intake
  • The transfer hopper contains a stirring unit which keeps the concrete in suspension.
  • Prior to running the cleaning process the standard cleaning unit is filled with cleaning sponges to clean the pump and the attached hoses. The transfer hopper then needs to be cleaned manually.
  • The installation site must provide a foul water connection (Recycling connection or similar)

Technical Data:

  • Nominal contents:
    - Concrete buffer 150l
    - Cleaning water buffer 100l
  • Filling is done via:
    - individual large reservoir (feeding of the concrete delivery system)
    - ready-mix concrete mixer
    - crane concrete spreader
  • Fill level
    - 1500 mm
  • Connection
    - 2kW electric (to be added to pump)
    - Water pipe 1 Inch, minimum pressure 2 bar
