LÜTTI. There is no easier way to hold distance.
You know the problem: When concreting double wall elements the distance holders slip away, tilt or punch out the second shell. The most creative constructions are being used. Company Lütkenhaus has been dealing with these circumstances intensively – especially because the goal was to improve the production and the quality of the 150.000 m2 double wall elements per year. The result is LÜTTI, a patented distance holder, created for practice. This insert part is easily fixed in the reinforcement, is secure to no move and is located absolutely perpendicular and firmly in the formwork. Tolerance: +-0,5 mm.
LÜTTI is laid out for 15 mm or 30 mm of concrete covering and available in all usual double wall thicknesses (from 12 to 40 cm).
